When will my pre-order be delivered?

Pre-orders ship from our first batch. Each product page shows the estimated dispatch date, and we will message you as soon as your product is on its way.

Do I have to pay now?

No. Choose cash on delivery and pay when your product arrives, or pay in advance by bank transfer — whichever suits you.

Can I cancel or change my pre-order?

Yes. You can change the size or cancel any time before dispatch — just send us your order number.

Which size should I choose?

3×3 ft suits one baby in a bedroom or small space. 4×4 ft is our all-rounder for living rooms. 6×6 ft gives twins, siblings or very active crawlers plenty of room. Use the size comparison above to see them side by side.

What age is a playpen for?

Most families use a playpen from around the time babies start sitting and crawling, until they are toddlers. Always keep an eye on your little one while they play.

Do you deliver across Pakistan?
